Our Background

Allow us to introduce ourselves: I am Marianne (left) and I am Sam (right).  We met in Cardiff at school (sorry our Welsh accents have all but disappeared, however, they are available on request)  and took LAMDA Speech and Drama classes together for 10 years. Through these lessons we gained confidence and vital life skills which have been invaluable throughout our careers. 

With our extensive teaching and drama qualifications, we set up Beyond the Lines in 2014 (often using our own children as guinea-pigs), and have grown and grown.

We have taken over 300 students through their LAMDA exams and have achieved outstanding results. The vast majority of our students across all grades obtain Distinction.
